Our Team is headed up by Paul Sullivan BA BL ACIArb Solicitor Advocate who has, in recent years, sucessfully represented clients on the full range of motoring offences; from the breach of a traffic signal to dangerous driving causing death.

Paul graduated in Law and Economics from the University of Ulster in 1998. After a number of years with a leading criminal defence practice in Belfast, Paul was called to the Bars of England & Wales (Middle Temple) and Northern Ireland in 2001, developing a niche  expertise in the intricacies of road traffic law and motoring offences, before joining Sullivans in 2007. Paul is admitted to practise as a Solicitor in Northern Ireland and is a dual qualified Barrister and Solicitor Advocate in England & Wales.

Paul is assisted on a day-to-day basis by Mark Austin LLB Pupil Solicitor.  In addition, we have access to a Panel of Specialist Counsel enabling us to provide expert advice and representation throughout Northern Ireland.
